Spinasse Private Dining Room

Spinasse is one of Seattle's most beloved Italian restaurants that is hyper-focused on handmade pasta. Chain was thrilled to partner with Spinasse for an add on to their existing restaurant and bar (Artusi). 

When an adjacent retail space came up for lease, Spinasse tapped Chain Construction to connect their existing restaurant and build out an additional kitchen and private dining room.

• Change of Use Build - space remodeled from retail to assembly triggering major code upgrades to space and building systems

• Full kitchen build out with a Type II Hood, make up air unit & pass-through to main kitchen space

• ADA bathroom addition

• Custom woodwork & finishes - wainscoting, cabinetry & wood shelving

• Pipe shelving units throughout dining space
