Industrious West Seattle

Industrious is one of Seattle’s premier fitness experiences striving to show people how amazing their lives can be when enriched through hard work and fitness. 

Chain was dispatched to take a marquis location in West Seattle (Junction) that had been neglected for 20+ years and build out a premier space to showcase their brand and expand their reach.

The scope of this project included the following:

• Full gut of existing 5,000 SF space - formerly a furniture/carpentry shop

• Upgrade the water service to the building

• Add two bathrooms, one of which to ADA standards

• Add two showers, one of which to ADA standards

• Complete electrical upgrade to the building & wiring for new space

• Build out of athletic training space to tenant brand standards
