LTD Edition Sushi hired Chain Construction to remodel a restaurant space to accommodate their new location in Capitol Hill just across from Cal Anderson Park.

LTD Edition Sushi serves hand crafted omakase menu and offers two seatings daily to ensure the freshest, highest grade sushi possible. With an 8 person sushi bar (custom built by Chain) LTD has created an intimate and authentic experience similar to what you would find in Japan.

  • Gutted an existing restaurant space, reusing materials where possible

  • Fabricated and installed custom White Oak bar top, bar pendants & artwork

  • Built out front and back of the house to LTD's specifications

  • Refreshed look and feel throughout the entire space
