Funko Games Office

Funko Games (a global board game company) hired Chain Construction to build out their new Seattle space.

Located in the University District, the new spot includes a testing facility for all of their new products as well as new office space to accommodate their growing workforce. The remodel consisted of a full gut-rehabilitation of an existing space.

  • Soundproof gaming area with one way observation room annex 

  • Front reception area with custom entry cabinetry

  • Eight office spaces & conference room area build out

  • Funko Games mural by local artist Zach Rockstad

  • Custom rolling library laddering system for loft space access

  • Steel and glass panel system for office separation
