Cupcake Royale

Chain partnered with Cupcake Royale to relocate their Pike Place Market Store to a vacant space next door.

The new space was smaller, but required the same functionality and customer experience.  Chain worked closely with Best Practice Architecture to deliver a local, crowd-favorite coffee and cupcake shop to thousands of tourists that walk through the market everyday.

  • Full build-out of new space

  • Repurposed reclaimed wood

  • Built custom banquettes

  • Reconfigured entry facade with new cladding

  • Added refrigeration and walk in freezer
