View Ridge Entrance Remodel

On this residential project, the owner was looking to modernize the look of their home bringing in elements of steel, wood, stucco and stone. Chain was excited to take on this project as the aesthetic and challenge is exactly the type of work we thrive in executing.

The scope of this project included the following:

• Demolition of the existing entrance and prepare the site moving infrastructure, pouring concrete retaining walls and structurally reformatting the area to prepare for a modernized rehabilitation

• Connection of the upper deck to the lower patio via custom steel spiral staircase

• Construction a privacy/art wall with movable stainless wind plates

• Custom guardrail with stainless drink ledge 

• Concealed grill area with stone top and integrated barn door enclosures

• Front entry door steel surround with canopy

• Custom trash enclosure cladded in wood and steel

• Custom front entry gate with electronic access
