Chain partnered with Sak Capital to take an existing raw site to a fully developed nine-unit development consisting of three separate buildings (3 units/building) with parking and a full SIP (Street Improvement Plan). The units are residential townhomes, single lot line with one live-work unit amongst the group. The site sits on the corner of 100th Street SW (Seattle Arterial) and California Avenue SW.
