Skykomish Lodge: Adaptive Reuse Development

Skykomish, an old frontier town situated in the foothills of the Central Cascade mountains, had several buildings that were on the King County historic landmark register within the town limits. Chain obtained the old Theater building, and converted it into Onemish Lodge - a five-unit extended stay lodge and basecamp for accessing Stevens Pass and the surrounding landscape. This was an incredibly challenging project as it was nearly 80 miles from Seattle, in an area with few local resources.
