Pioneer Square Office

English Capital hired Chain Construction to build out their flagship office location in Seattle. 

Located in Pioneer Square, the new offices were located on the west side of the first floor of the Gridiron Condominium Building, which was an adaptive reuse of the original Seattle Plumbing Supply Building. This building boasts commercial space on the first floor, and residential condominiums above. The space was a cold shell, sitting on a structural slab. 

Chain performed the following scope: 

• Full build out of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Fire (alarm/sprinkler) systems

• Saw cut, tunnel and restoration of existing slab for infrastructure

• Chain outfitted the space for offices, conference room and kitchenette

• Coordination with DIRTT modular office pod buildout

• ADA Bathrooms inclusive of shower & water closet

• 9 Wood acoustical ceiling design/build

• Full coordination with Pioneer Square Preservation Board, HOA, etc.
